I can buy:

1) A capture card - Anything up to about $70 as I live in Ireland and delivery is very expensive
2) Cables - HDMI splitters, HDMI cables; Maybe a cable that can split a HDMI out into AV out and another HDMI out??? I might even try to fix the AV out on the PS3

2nd answerer: My AV out is broken on the ps3, so I cant record using a scart, unless there is such thing as a splitter that splits HDMI out into an AV out and another HDMI out
