Asus Eee PC Sales

The Asus Eee PC is a pioneer in the netbook product line. Although now you will see that many if not most computer companies have a netbook of their own it wasn't always the case. The EEE line-up was the first to offer a netbook without the heafty price tag that people were used to seeing. A big game changer in this was the Intel Atom processor. Prior to the release of this processor no one really wanted to touch this size of netbook due to cost to turn out a quality product that could touch the price point of the Eee 2g, 4g and 8g units.

After all would you rather buy a netbook from on a company that has been selling them for years over companies who have only been in the market place for months and are solely doing so because they realized that they are missing out by not offering these products?
